Information is not warranted by NYRS Business Brokers LLC. Therefore, as a purchaser or potential purchaser, I (we) do hereby agree to save, hold harmless and indemnify NYRS Business Brokers LLC, its owners and employees, against any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or related to any purchase or attempted purchase of any account advertised through NYRS Business Brokers LLC.
4.) Owner represents and warrants that Owner is now, and hereby agrees to remain, in full compliance with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations regarding the operation and sale of the accounts.
5.) I understand that NYRS Business Brokers LLC  a percentage of the Sales Price from the Seller. . Should I refuse to comply with the above rules, I do hereby agree to be responsible for all Seller's fees as well as any and all damages suffered by NYRS Business Brokers LLC due to said breach.
6.) I have read, understand and agree to the above terms and agree to be governed by the laws of the State of New York for resolution of any dispute. By submitting this registration, I am submitting my electronic signature as a legally binding agreement between myself and/or corporation and FPR Business Brokers LLC.
