	NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT FPR BUSINESS PARTNERS, INC I, (we) understand and acknowledge that the information provided to me and received by Buyer or Buyers and or Prospect or Prospects is confidential and should be treated as such providing confidentiality to both the Sellers and to FPR. I further agree not to disclose of any information received from this web site to a third party for any purpose whatsoever. I understand that FPR Business Partners INC and the Route Buisness Sellers would suffer financially from any breach of this agreement, and that I will be held liable for any and all damages that are suffered by FPR Business Partners, Inc or the Sellers. I (We) do hereby agree to comply with the following terms and conditions this Non-Disclosure Agreement by FPR Buisness Partners, Inc and its websites www.NYrouteSales.com and www.NationalRouteBrokers.com I (We) will not disclose to any person, entity, or third party any routes listing information contained within the NyRoutesales.com and www.NationalRoutebrokers.com Web Sites or specific to the Route Listing on both FPR websites as described. I (We) understand and acknowledge that all facts, figures and other information advertised through FPR has been provided to FPR Business Partners, Inc by the Owner, and that FPR Business Partners, Inc has relied upon the Owner's representations of such facts, figures and other information to potential purchasers, without making an investigation into the accuracy of such representations by Owner. Information is not warranted by FPR Business Partners Inc. Therefore, as a purchaser or as a potential purchaser, I (we) do hereby agree to save, hold harmless and indemnify FPR Business Partners Inc, its owners and employees, against any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or related to any purchase or attempted purchase of any Route Business listed with FPR and advertised on www.NYRouteSales.com and www.NationalRouteBrokers.com I (We) understand that FPR Business Partners, Inc receives a Finders Fee from the Seller,and shall not directly or indirectly induce a sale with any seller that the finder (FPR) has introduced to any seller and or listing for a period of 2 (two) years. It is further noted that FPR is appointed the escrow agent and shall hold all and any downpayments or deposits for any purchase of any Route Busness or listing which was introduced to Buyer (Prospect) by FPR,in addition Buyer will not negotiate the sale price with Seller. All negotiations will be handled by the assigned FPR Broker of record. Should I violate compliance with the above rules, I (we) do hereby agree to be responsible for all Seller's fees as well as any and all damages suffered by FPR Business Partners Inc due to a breach of this agreement including all attorneys fees, court fees and any other expenses incurred by FPR to enforce the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement. I also acknowledge that FPR has introduced Buyer to seller and or sellers. By submitting this Non Disclosure Agreement, I am submitting my electronic signature as a legally binding agreement between myself and/or the corporation and FPR Business Partners, INC.
